As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between clinical excellence and an exceptional patient journey—helping patients understand treatment, feel comfortable with financial options, and leave feeling supported every step of the way.
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Dental office experience preferred.
- Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements.
- A positive, team-first mindset.
- Someone who thrives in a fa.t-paced, high-standard culture

Must-Haves:
- 1+ years of dental front-office experience.
- Knowledge of dental insurance, PPOs, Medicaid, breakdowns, and coordination of benefits.
- Proficiency (or quick learner) in Open Dental software.
- Rock-solid attendance, work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Natural ability to build trust with patients and teammates alike.
